Returns:
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require an exchange. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at +91-9810105351 or write us at contactroyalbullet@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. MAKE SURE TO RECORD THE UNBOXING OF THE PARCEL AS A PROOF. We will work with you to provide a replacement for the damaged or defective item.

Share the unboxing video and provide the order number.
Once approved, ship the item(s) to be exchanged, along with a copy of your original order confirmation, to the address provided by our customer service team.


Conditions for Exchanges:
Items must be in their original, unused condition.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the return of the original item and the shipment of the replacement.
Exceptions:
We do not accept exchanges for the following:
Items damaged due to improper use or neglect.
Items returned without prior authorization from our customer service team.
